Diving Trips in Fujairah

Trips and schedule

Every Fujairah trip runs under Nemo Diving Center’s PADI 5-Star standards. PADI 5-Star Career Development Center is the highest operational rating PADI awards a dive center, covering training quality, safety standards, and instructor certification levels.

• Morning Dive Trip and Afternoon Dive Trip: run daily, two dives each at contrasting sites, 2 to 3 hours per session.
• Night Diving in Dibba Al Fujairah: Fridays only, a sunset dive plus a true night dive, with different marine activity after dark.
• Discover Scuba Diving: for new divers, no prior certification needed.
• Snorkeling Trip in Dibba Al Fujairah: same location, no certification and no diving gear.

Reef and rock sites

Each East Coast site offers something different. Visibility typically runs 5–15 metres.

• Dibba Rock: long sloping reefs, possible reef shark encounters, and one of the region’s best night-dive sites.
• Sharm Rock: three small pinnacles about 15 minutes south of the Meridian Fujairah, with large schools of snappers and fusiliers and occasional whale sharks in warmer months.
• Martini Rock: martini-glass-shaped pinnacles, a favourite of macro photographers for seahorses, nudibranchs, and cuttlefish among soft coral.
• Shark Island and Car Cemetery: each has its own page with depth, marine life, and conditions.

These sites are visited as part of our scheduled Morning, Afternoon, and Night trips, not booked as standalone packages.

Wreck diving: the Inchcape wrecks

The Inchcape wrecks were sunk on purpose to create artificial reefs, and all three are dived by our PADI 5-Star team.

• Inchcape 1 (the Gray Swift 2): the deepest of the group at about 30 m, suited to divers with Advanced Open Water or deep-diving training.
• Inchcape 2: a decommissioned vessel donated by Inchcape Shipping Services and sunk in April 2002, at about 22 m (17–23 m), with visibility of 8–10 m. Any certified diver can dive the exterior, while penetration is reserved for advanced divers. Look for scorpionfish, moray eels, nudibranchs and colourful corals.
• Inchcape 10: sunk in June 2003, the largest and newest of the group, at 18–24 m.

Fujairah or Dubai?

Fujairah sits on the Gulf of Oman, with natural coral reefs and rock pinnacles. Dubai sits on the Persian Gulf, where dives run over artificial reefs and wrecks and visibility is usually lower. If you are not certified yet, start with a PADI course in Dubai and then book your first East Coast trip.

Our Fujairah branch is at Royal Beach, Dibba Fujairah, Al Fujairah, about two hours’ drive from Dubai. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturday and Sunday 08:00–19:00.
