In the event of an emergency, it is vital to assess the situation and act accordingly without getting overwhelmed by stress and panic. The one-day Emergency First Response (EFR) course is just what you need to gain the necessary knowledge and training to enable you to respond to a medical emergency in a calm and confident manner.

  1. You will receive an email from PADI with E-learning you will need to create an account if you don't have to log in to your PADI account to access the course.
  2. From your Dashboard go to Student Details and Manage Your Courses.
  3. You can then decide to Start the eLearning yourself.
  1. Once you purchase your eLearning course, you can log in to your PADI account to access the course.
  2. From your Dashboard go to Student Details and Manage Your Courses.
  3. You can then decide to Start the eLearning yourself or ‘Share the course’.
  4. To share the course, simply click on ‘Share the Course’ and enter the email address of the recipient you wish to share the course with.
  5. The recipient will receive an email to create or log in to their PADI Account to start the course.

Our PADI-certified instructors will train you to administer internationally-recognized emergency care procedures in a comfortable and non-stressful environment in order to prepare you for real-world scenarios. Emergency First Response skills you will learn include:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR and rescue breathing
  • Automated external defibrillator (AED) use - optional
  • Shock prevention and treatment
  • Spinal injury management
  • Barrier use to scale down chances of disease transmissions
  • Basic first aid and first aid kit considerations

We will provide you with an EFR manual as a reference guide for this course which you can claim upon your arrival at our diving center. You also have the option to collect the manual at the diving center on any day prior to the start of the course.

After posting your payment, wait for the email from PADI containing the redeem code which you can use to get started immediately. Please check your inbox as the email will be sent within 24 hours. Simply follow the link and create an account on the PADI website and log-in to acquire the EFR Manual which contains sections of reading materials, videos, and interactive presentations. After going through all the online review materials, if you’re ready for the next phase of the course.
