About the Course

Being prepared to help in a medical emergency is essential for divers and non‑divers alike. Nemo’s Emergency First Response (EFR) course teaches internationally recognised primary and secondary care skills in a calm, supportive environment. In one day, you’ll learn CPR, rescue breathing, first aid, AED use and injury management so you can respond confidently in emergencies. EFR certification is required for PADI Rescue Diver and is valid for two years.

What you need to know

  • PADI EFR e‑Learning or manual with knowledge reviews.
