Yes, we provide wetsuits when during cold weather. During summer, you may just wear your swimwear such as swimsuit or shorts.

You are more than welcome to bring any personal kit you have. We will just issue you the equipment that you require.

Yes, our diving courses are already inclusive of diving equipment. For Fujairah and Musandam diving trip for certified divers, the dive equipment can be rented for 50 AED.

You need to provide your complete name, diving course enrolled in, and date booked.

If you want to get a diving certification or diving license, you need to take the Open Water Diving Course (3 days). If you don’t have time to finish a full course, you can take the Basic Scuba Diving Course (2 days) but without certification. But if you want to try diving first, you can come and do Discover Diving in Dubai or Fujairah then you can proceed with the course.

Yes, non-divers may come on the boat for an additional cost of 250 AED each. They can even go snorkeling.

Yes, for both tourists and residents, we offer pick up and drop off service from Dubai hotel for an additional charge of 140 AED per person.

The pick-up time is between 6 to 7 am depending on your location. You will be contacted by the instructor before the diving trip.

We conduct our diving courses in Dubai at Azure Residences, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE.

We do not have a specific diving location in Fujairah because each day we conduct it in a different place. Before your diving trip date, our instructor will get in touch with you to inform you of the location (Dibba Rock, Snoopy Rock, all diving sites).

Diving in Dubai and Fujairah is done all year round.

The amount of 50 AED per person includes both pictures and videos.

No, you don’t have to bring the manual with you.

You’ll receive a link from PADI thru email within 24 hours that will explain the steps.

Yes, you must pass the e-learning course before the end of each course.

We can’t promise but we can try. This may also depend on your performance.

You need to bring comfortable clothes, towel, comfortable footwear, an extra set of clothes and sunscreen.

If you want to go diving but have a history of medical illness, we can send you a course medical statement which your doctor can sign and stamp as proof that you’re allowed to go scuba diving.

For the diving course, you need to know basic swimming skills, be able to tread, and maintain yourself comfortably in the water to participate in our Diving Courses. For Try Diving/Discovery Diving, basic swimming skills is also required but you don’t have to be a professional.

No, Basic Scuba course is not a prerequisite of Open Water Diving course.

Your safety is always our top priority. If the weather or sea conditions are not safe for diving, we will inform you and we can reschedule the dive depending on your availability and availability of the instructor.

Diving/snorkeling trips
Booking required at least 2 days before. Prior booking/ cancellation (subject to availability) at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given to customers who do not show up on the day of the trip.

Covid-19 cancellation
Customers may get a full refund upon showing an official positive COVID-19 test report during the same time of the trip.

Weather cancellations
are at the company’s discretion. If the company or the instructor cancels the trip activity due to bad weather, mechanical problems, or whatever issue, the customer will get a full refund or reschedule if possible.
Should you decide to cut short the trip, you will still be charged in full.

We accept payments through online booking using Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards.

A full payment is required to complete or secure the booking.
