  • Complete Open Water Course (Dubai or Fujairah)

  • PADI Open Water certification processing, digital card and logbook.
  • Please note that a valid PADI eLearning account is required for your PADI certification to be issued.
  • PADI eLearning is assigned individually and cannot be reused or shared between multiple students.
  • Transportation to and from Dibba Al‑Fujairah.
  • Personal expenses such as meals and overnight accommodation.
  • Optional Nitrox fills or specialty upgrades.
  • Travel insurance or dive insurance (recommended).
  • Any extra dives beyond the standard four.

  • 4–6 hours of online study plus about 9 hours of in‑water training.
  • Pass confined‑water skills assessments and complete four open‑water dives.
  • Medical fitness to dive.
  • Certification allows independent diving with a buddy to 18 m and provides a prerequisite for Advanced Open Water.

  4. Certification: Receive your PADI Open Water Diver card and learn about continuing education (Advanced, Rescue, Specialty courses).
  • The course typically takes 3–4 days (four sessions) but can be spread over several weeks or condensed.
  • Daily start times at 9 AM, 12 PM or 3 PM.
  • Courses run year‑round; scheduling is flexible to suit your availability.
  • Groups are limited to four students per instructor.
  • Open‑water dives are conducted in Dibba Al‑Fujairah because Dubai lacks natural reefs and offers better visibility and marine life.
  • Junior divers aged 10–11 are limited to 12 m and must dive with a professional or parent/guardian.
  • Completing e‑learning before your first pool session helps you get more from in‑water training.
  • Transportation to Fujairah is not included; plan your logistics accordingly.
  • E-learning is mandatory for any PADI course. If you already have the E-learning included, that is great. If not, it can be added separately as an add-on.
  • A reasonable level of fitness is required; please complete a medical questionnaire prior to diving.
    If you answer “Yes” to any of the questions, you may be required to obtain written approval from a doctor or physician before diving.
  • You may repeat any session at no extra charge if you feel you need more learning, practice, or training.
