  1. You will receive an email from PADI with E-learning you will need to create an account if you don't have to log in to your PADI account to access the course.
  2. From your Dashboard go to Student Details and Manage Your Courses.
  3. You can then decide to Start the eLearning yourself.
  4. Once you purchase your eLearning course, you can log in to your PADI account to access the course.
  5. From your Dashboard go to Student Details and Manage Your Courses.
  6. You can then decide to Start the eLearning yourself or ‘Share the course’.
  7. To share the course, simply click on ‘Share the Course’ and enter the email address of the recipient you wish to share the course with.
  8. The recipient will receive an email to create or log in to their PADI Account to start the course.

During four scuba sessions, you’ll practice:

  • Swimming search patterns with the aid of your compass and natural navigation
  • How to locate small and big objects using different search patterns
  • Proper use of a lift bag for large or heavy recovered objects and other recovery methods
  • How to plan a search operation using the information that you gathered about the lost item before the actual dive

In addition to the diving equipment needed for this course, we will provide you with a Search and Recovery Diver manual as reference material on the day of your scuba lesson. If you want to get the manual ahead of time, you can pick it up at the diving center any day. You will also gain access to your E-Learning modules, you must pass the e-Learning segment before the end of the course.
