The PADI Freediver course is the next step after Basic Freediver. Designed for those 15 years and older who can swim 200 m, it teaches you advanced breathing techniques, equalisation, safety, and buddy procedures. You’ll practise static apnea (goal 90 seconds), dynamic apnea (25 m or more), and perform deep dives using free immersion and constant‑weight techniques to 10–15 m in open water. Training includes e‑learning, a pool session, and open‑water dives in Dibba Al‑Fujairah or Musandam.
