About the Course

PADI Skin Diver introduces you to snorkelling and skin‑diving (breath‑hold) techniques. Perfect for ages 8 +, it teaches you how to choose and adjust your mask, snorkel and fins, perform effortless surface dives to about 5–6 m, equalize your ears and stay safe around currents and marine life. You’ll practise in our Dubai training pool and enjoy an optional open‑water session in Dibba Al‑Fujairah to explore shallow reefs. It’s an ideal family activity and a stepping stone toward freediving.

What you need to know

  • Use of snorkel, mask and fins during training.
  • Gear orientation and safety briefing covering fitting, clearing and equalisation.
  • Pool session to practise efficient fin kicks, snorkel clearing, breath‑hold techniques and duck dives to 5–6 m.
