The EFR Instructor course trains you to teach Emergency First Response courses. It focuses on how to teach CPR and first aid, not on refreshing your own skills. The course runs for 2 days in Dubai with Rania Merched and is taught in English and Arabic. You practise presenting, demonstrating skills, guiding students through realistic scenarios, and giving feedback. This rating is required as part of the pathway to becoming a PADI Instructor. You do not need to wait until you are ready for full instructor training to complete it.
