Meet the Nemo Diving Center Team

Nemo Diving Center’s team is built around one goal: getting you safely and confidently into the water, whatever stage of diving you’re at. Across our Dubai and Fujairah branches, our instructors, dive masters, and boat crew bring a combined total of well over a century of scuba diving UAE experience to every trip, every course, and every certification we run.

Our instructor team spans the full range of PADI teaching credentials. Our PADI Instructor Dubai team runs Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water courses, while our PADI Instructor Fujairah team teaches across the East Coast’s dive sites. Beyond entry-level training, we have IDC Staff Instructors, Tec Instructors, and a Tec Instructor Trainer for divers ready to move into technical diving. Whether you’re taking your very first breath underwater or working toward a technical certification, there’s an instructor on our team who has already taught that exact course, on these exact dive sites, more times than they can count. Between them, our instructors have certified thousands of divers and have taught across some of the region’s most varied conditions, from the Arabian Gulf off Dubai to the Indian Ocean side of Fujairah’s East Coast, with several also bringing experience from further afield, including the Red Sea.

Supporting our instructors is a team of Dive Master Fujairah professionals who lead certified divers on guided dives, assist with training in the water, and are often the first familiar face you’ll see on the boat. They know our local dive sites, reefs, wrecks, and drift dives alike, in detail, and combine that local knowledge with a genuine enthusiasm for introducing divers, new and experienced, to what’s beneath the surface.

None of that happens without the team that gets everyone there safely in the first place. Our boat captains handle the logistics of every trip: navigating to the dive site, keeping the boat steady for entries and exits, and making sure the ride out and back is as smooth as the dive itself. Behind the scenes, our admin team keeps bookings, schedules, and day-to-day operations running so the only thing you need to think about is your dive.

It’s also a genuinely multilingual team. Between our instructors, dive masters, and crew, we teach and communicate in English, Arabic, Russian, and Hindi, which means clear, comfortable instruction whatever your first language, and no communication gaps at the exact moments they matter most: safety briefings, skill checks, and everything in between.

What ties the team together is a shared, hands-on approach to teaching diving: patient with total beginners, precise with technical divers, and always grounded in real local knowledge of the UAE’s dive sites rather than a one-size-fits-all script.
