XDEEP Special Orders: Tailor-made Items

We maintain a wide range of high-demand products, but some items (refer to the list below) may not be readily available and require special orders:

  • Tailor-made SEAL drysuits
  • Steel backplates from XDEEP
  • Custom or colored BCDs
  • Ammonite System batteries
  • Umbilical light sets

TAILOR-MADE XDEEP BCDS WITH NAME EMBROIDERY

Here are the following steps to avail of the XDEEP custom-colored BCDs with optional embroidery:

  1. Go to XDEEP TUNEUP, where you can choose your preferred colors for various parts of the sets with an option to have your name embroidered. Important: Select “United Arab Emirates” as your country.
  2. After completing Step 1, a PDF with a unique code and price will be sent to your email. Please sign and email it back to Shop@nemodivingcenter.com. Note that an additional 15% charge for import and shipping from Europe on top of the price indicated in the PDF. The selling exchange rate of the Euro from our UAE corporate bank will be used for the transaction. 
  3. You will receive an invoice with payment instructions via email. After the payment is completed, your custom set will begin production at the factory.
  4. Production may take up to 6 weeks to complete, and you will be notified once your order is received. (For rush orders, you can avail of the express option with extra charges to expedite production to around 3 weeks.) Please allot an additional week for shipping.

XDEEP COLORED BCDS

We can provide colored sets directly from the factory at no additional charge. Simply email us at Shop@nemodivingcenter.com and let us know what products you want then complete the advance payment. You will receive your order within approximately 6 weeks.

AMMONITE SYSTEM BATTERIES & UMBILICAL LIGHT SETS

We stock a limited quantity of ammonite system batteries & umbilical light sets due to the short shelf-life of lithium-ion batteries in warm climates. If your preferred battery or umbilical set is not available, please send us an email at Shop@nemodivingcenter.com and we can send you the items from the factory within a few weeks.
